Capt. Josh is a Cape Cod native with 30 years' experience fishing and navigating the waters of the Outer Cape. Raised on the waterfront in Provincetown, he got hooked on fishing at a young age and went on to a career as a commercial fisherman before launching his chartering business. With Outermost Angling he carries on a family tradition -- his father, Capt. Zach Zacharias, has been a light-tackle fishing guide on the west coast of Florida for decades.

MY boat for 2013 season

Outermost Angling is running a 2003 Sea Vee center console with twin Honda 150 four strokes. We have all USCG safety equipment on board.

Big Bluefin on light tackle




Great light tackle bluefin action as of late. The other day we took two commercial fish 76" and 75" and lost one around 90" to a pulled hook.

Had the boys from NYC up for a little bluefin action it was a great day looking forward to it again..

Dennis had some fun with some fly bass it was a slow day but we managed to pull out a few nice fish.

First bluefin trip of 2013





Had Doug out the other day we had some great action with double hookups and big fish on spinning tackle. We had 65" to 100" fish frothing the surface amazing trip and I am looking forward for a great season.
